About me

Sheryl Rekevics, MSW, LICSW, CPD

I have over 25 years of clinical experience providing compassion counseling to teens, adults, couples and families as they navigate and resolve some of life’s toughest challenges. I believe that all individuals possess an innate ability to heal and to grow with the right support and resources. I am passionate about coming along side my clients in this process.

My approach

When you work with me you will find that I see each person as a unique and respected whole person (mind-body-soul-spirit) with great value and worth. I am compassionate, honest and direct. I will help you build upon your strengths and encourage you to explore and overcome old patterns of thinking and behavior that may no longer serve you as you move towards your goals. Through empowerment, encouragement, and sometimes humor, I will come along side you as you explore ways to find joy in your relationships and life again. Change is possible!!
