Perhaps you have found your self on this page because you or a loved one are hurting or just plain stuck! You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems or are engaging in behaviors that you want to stop but don’t know how. These are a few of the first signs that we notice when we are out of balance and there is an issue that we aren’t aware of or haven’t yet dealt with. You have come to the right place!
Emotional pain is kind of like a weed in your yard. It may be a sign that something isn’t as it should be. You can keep mowing over the top of it, trying to get rid of it, but until you pull it out by the root it keeps popping up… annoying the heck out of you! “Mowing” can refer to ways we try to numb our feelings through things like; avoidance, busyness, distractions, addictions, or engaging in behaviors that we want to stop. Short-term “fixes” that just don’t last. I am an advocate for getting to the root issues that are causing unnecessary pain.
I consider it an honor to work with my clients as they seek to regain balance and hope. Life can be hard, and at times, very painful. Sometimes we run out of answers, feeling as though we have lost our way and need a little support to get back on track. You don’t have to do it alone!!

I am passionate about what I do!! My approach is highly relational and collaborative. My clients tell me that they appreciate how down to earth, “real” and authentic that I am. They feel comfortable being their true selves and discussing their heartache and challenges. It is my priority to provide an accepting and supportive environment where you feel completely safe to openly share your heartfelt concerns without judgment.
