Fee structure:

  • Free 20 min phone consultation
  • $150 for 50 min session
  • $200 and up for family and couples
  • $200 for 60 min initial intake session
  • A limited number of sliding scale openings are available

Payment options

Self-pay

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

For all clients, I do require a credit card number to be kept on file, and that number is maintained securely through HIPPA compliant software. If you choose to pay with a card, your payment will be automatically processed for your convenience.

Insurance

I am in-network with:

  • Premera, and all Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans
  • United Health Care
  • First Choice Health
  • Kaiser- PPO plans
  • Cigna
  • Regence
If you have another insurance carrier, I am happy to provide you with a superbill; documentation that you can submit for out-of-network services to be covered in full or in part, depending on your coverage plan.
  It is very important that you verify your benefits prior to starting therapy services.

Ask your insurance provider:

  1. Does your plan include mental health benefits?
  2. Do you have a deductible?
  3. Does your plan limit the number of sessions you can have in a calendar year?
  4. Do you need a referral from your primary care physician?
  5. Do you have benefits for family/couples’ therapy?

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are not able to attend a session. Otherwise, you may be charged the full rate of the session.
